Why can not Wal-Mart sells Seiko, Rolex, Citizen or Fossil watches?
Wal-Mart only sells jewelry / watches some manufacturers with the name Elgin. Why is it that I do not think Seiko or Rolex watches or watches Citizen or Fossil? the response of my parents was "These brands do not want to be affiliated with a discount house.
